**Return and Exchange Policy:**

- The right to return and exchange is guaranteed for all our customers and applies to all products offered on our store.

- All products listed on our store are subject to the return and exchange policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.

- Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and wrapped in the original packaging.

- Returns are accepted within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

- Please contact us through the Contact Us page or via our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.

- Please photograph the product and send it along with your city, address, and order number to exchange it for another product if it is defective or has a specific defect, or is not as agreed upon.

- The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the product received is completely different from the product description on our website.

- We are not responsible for any expectations for product use by the customer that are not mentioned on the product page on our website.

- A fee of 30% or a minimum of 25 dirhams will be deducted if the customer does not want the product and there is no defect or problem with it.
